When you use this site or book your travel with us, you may provide us with personal information, such as your mailing address, e-mail address, name, phone number and credit card number. This information will only be used for the purposes of booking your travel arrangements and to enable us to communicate with you. We will need to provide your personal information to travel suppliers in order to book your travel arrangements.

Separately, we will also add your name to our mailing list for the distribution of our newsletter (in print and/or electronic format) highlighting travel tips, special offers, and featured vacation experiences. If you decide to opt out of our mailing list, all you need to do is advise us and we will remove your name from our mailing list.

Cruise Holidays Calgary is an independently owned and operated agency of Cruise Holidays International, part of the TAG travel group .  From time to time, we may share data internally within different parts of Cruise Holidays International for the purposes of communicating with you.  Except for the uses set out above, we will keep your personal information confidential.  We will not sell your personal information to anyone.

To provide you with a site that is up to date, as well as responsive to your needs and the needs of our other customers, we will gather certain statistical information about the use of the site. This may include aggregate information, such as the number of hits and page views, the numbers of visitors to specific web pages within the site and other demographic information. The difference between this aggregate statistical information and your personal information is that it will not be possible to identify you or any other person from the aggregate statistical data. Terms and Conditions of Booking

By using this Web site and our services, you agree that any dealings or transactions you may have with 376422 Alberta Ltd. dba Cruise Holidays of Calgary regardless of the location of the customer or the vacation supplier involved, will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Alberta, and you hereby irrevocably attorn to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of competent jurisdiction of Alberta in any proceeding.

By using this Web site and our services you agree that 376422 Alberta Ltd. doing business as Cruise Holidays of Calgary is not and will not be held liable for the acts or omissions of third party travel suppliers.

All listed tariffs, pricing and fares are subject to availability and change. Listed tariffs, pricing and fares are guaranteed only when a deposit is made towards the reservation. Port charges, government taxes and fees, air taxes and fees and other miscellaneous fees, including but not limited to, Security Fees, charged by the supplier are subject to change up to the departure date.

All customers are responsible for providing the correct information to us to complete the booking of requested travel arrangements.  This includes: correct spellings of names, first and last names which match the passport or other acceptable travel identification document, correct billing information including billing addresses, dates of birth where required, country of citizenship, nationality of passport held.  Cruise Holidays of Calgary is not responsible for any fees, or expenses resulting from denied boarding should incorrect information be provided to us, or should you fail to notify us of any corrections or amendments required within 24 hours of booking.

All customers are responsible for payment of their travel arrangements in a timely fashion.  Cruise Holidays of Calgary cannot be held responsible for any cancellations, fees or other penalties that may be levied by a travel supplier as a result of a failure by you to pay the required deposit or final balance payment in time.  Should you not make arrangements to either cancel your travel arrangements or pay in full by the communicated final balance due date, Cruise Holidays of Calgary reserves the right to cancel those travel arrangements.  In this instance, you will be responsible for any penalties or cancellation fees incurred.

Cruise Holidays of Calgary is not responsible for obtaining visas.  It is your responsibility to ensure you have the correct travel documentation required for your trip.  If you need guidance on the appropriate requirements for your trip, please contact us.

All Prices are listed in US Dollars unless other wise stated and are per person based on double occupancy. The ‘from’ price, unless otherwise stated, is quoted from a basic Inside Cabin or the lowest cabin category in the advertised class of cabin, taking advantage of early booking discounts.

Administration / Cancellation Fees

When you make a booking with us, we will invest time to ensure that the arrangements are made to your satisfaction, and will conduct research on your behalf to ensure we offer the best product and service that matches your needs.  Because of the time we invest in your arrangements, If after making a confirmed booking, you need to subsequently cancel those arrangements, Cruise Holidays of Calgary reserves the right to charge a one hundred dollar (CAD$) administration fee per person on top of any cancellation charge that may be applied by any travel supplier. If this administration fee is not paid by you, we reserve the right to withhold the fee from any refund of monies provided by the travel supplier.  The application of these fees should they be required form part of your agreement with Cruise Holidays of Calgary, and are part of the agreed terms and conditions of any booking or reservations made through us.

Travel Insurance

Cruise Holidays of Calgary strongly recommends that all guests obtain comprehensive Travel Insurance to protect your vacation investment, and to cover you for any trip interruption or medical emergency you may face.  If you elect not purchase Travel Insurance, Cruise Holidays of Calgary cannot be held responsible for any losses involved as a result of your trip cancellation, interruption, abandonment, supplier failure or insolvency, or any medical related expenses you may incur on your trip. 

Travel Insurance is not intended to cover all scenarios, and as with all insurance products, limitations apply.  Full details of the coverage that we provide are detailed in the policy booklet that you will receive from us.  It is important that you review it carefully, with close attention to levels of coverage, and any applicable exclusions, including those for pre-existing conditions.

If after review, you decide that the Travel Insurance policy does not meet you needs, you may contact us within 10 business days to request an annulment of the policy and receive a full refund of the premium paid.  It will then be your responsibility to source alternative coverage that meets your needs, and Cruise Holidays of Calgary cannot be held responsible for any losses by the failure of you to source adequate alternative insurance.
